INTRODUCTION & GOALS
SCOPE OF WORK & TIMELINE
We will research anything needed to complete your Scope of Work to make the best educated scope of work and timeline assesment we can make. We have over 23+ years experience and over 10 years as AIO. We’ve done this thousands of times, however, we will always verify our suggestions before putting them into a Scope. We go the extra mile to make sure all of your systems you may already have work as intended and any data needing to integrate will go smoothly.
DISCOVERY MEETING
We review our Scope of Work with you, we send it to you well before our meeting so you have time to review it, write or think of any questions and then we’ll go over it with you page by page.
If we need to add, remove or change anything we will during this meeting. After our meeting and all kinks are worked out, we will commence based on how our meeting concludes.
EXECUTION & DEPLOYMENT
You will work directly with your project manager, who you spoke to, had the meetings and took notes with. They’re with you from start to deployed.
They will get an email sent out outlining what we need from you, this will not be a surprise on what we need as we go over everything before getting to the stage.
The day before your ‘go’ date which is when your project is being worked on. Your project manager will speak with the team working on your project to bring them a true look into your business, how you operate, the things you do and don’t like and they will upload all notes for your project into our project management system.
This allows not only your project manager to understand your vision, but also our Team.
Once you’ve approved your draft, finished project, it moves to QA where we test everything and make any last minute tweaks. After this, we launch it online if you’ve given us the green light.
